Do you want to return something?

Returning is no problem. Read the steps below to return your order carefully and make sure that your return meets our conditions. Your return will on average be processed within 2-3 working days after receipt of the package.

Return conditions

1. The return costs and the risk of the return shipment are for the account of the buyer. (Keep the proof of shipment).

2. The packaging of our jewelry may not be opened and the seal must be intact. Opened / worn jewelry will not be accepted due to hygiene.

3. Your return must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipments that are received too late will not be accepted.

4. If you have a Notbranded account, you can easily request a return via 'my orders'

6. Always add a note with your name and order number to your return.

7. Make sure that your return is well packaged. The responsibility for the correct packaging of your return lies with you as the sender.

8. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Surprise box
- Advent calendars / Advent Jewelry box
- Personalized jewelry
- Inspiration sets with discount may be returned, but only in their entirety.
